Services

Three ways to more customers.

Website, advertising, social media. What each one includes, who it suits and what it does for you.

Every business is in a different place: some first need a website that finally brings enquiries. Others have a good site nobody finds. And some simply want to stay visible without posting every week themselves.

That's why there are no off-the-shelf packages here. You book what moves you forward, and in our first call I'll tell you what you actually need for it.

01 · Web development

A website that sells.

Most websites are digital business cards: nice enough, but they don't do anything. Yours should work. It should show every visitor exactly what they need to know to get in touch with you, around the clock.

I don't work with site-builder templates. I build custom, so design, copy and tech come together and pull in the same direction. The result loads faster, gets found more easily on Google and is simpler to look after day to day.

A good fit if …

  • you don't have a website yet, or you have one you'd rather not share.
  • your current site gets visitors but no enquiries.
  • you have no desire to wrestle with site builders and plugins.

What's included

Design & concept

A presence that fits your business. Not a template you've already seen three times elsewhere.

Clean tech

Built with current tools, quick to load and securely hosted. Your Google ranking benefits, and so do your visitors.

Copy & structure

I help you find the right words: pages that answer questions and lead to enquiries.

SEO foundation

Structure, meta data and load times are built the way Google wants to see them from day one.

Mobile first

More than half your visitors come from their phone. Your site is built for small screens from the start rather than adapted afterwards.

Launch & handover

Domain, hosting, migration: I take care of it all. Then I show you how to change copy and images yourself.

Bottom line

A website you're happy to pass on, and one that brings in enquiries even while you're busy with something else.

02 · Online marketing

Advertising where you know what it delivers.

Burning ad budget is easy: run a few ads, watch the clicks and hope. I do it the other way round. We start small, measure what actually brings enquiries, and then put the budget there.

You don't need to understand marketing for this. Once a month you get a plain-language report: what it cost, what came of it and what we'll change next month. If something isn't working, I switch it off instead of talking it up.

A good fit if …

  • you want predictable new enquiries instead of hoping for referrals.
  • you're already running ads but don't know if they pay off.
  • you have a budget that should work rather than evaporate.

What's included

Google Ads

Be visible when people are actively searching for what you do. The optimisation targets enquiries, not click counts.

Meta Ads

Instagram and Facebook: reach the right people before they even start searching.

Local visibility

Google Business Profile, reviews and local search, so people in your area find you first.

Landing pages

Ads are only as good as the page behind them. I build pages that turn clicks into enquiries.

Ongoing optimisation

Every month gets measured and adjusted, so the same budget returns more than the month before.

Plain-language reporting

Once a month in plain numbers: costs, results and the next steps, written in normal English.

Bottom line

Every month you know what a new customer costs you and whether the maths works out.

03 · Social media

Stay visible without posting yourself.

Everyone knows they should be "doing something with social media". But between day-to-day business and closing time, content planning is the first thing to slip, and the profile starts to look abandoned. That's the part I take over.

I develop a plan that fits your routine, produce the content and handle comments and messages. You approve it, and the account still sounds like you. Just consistently, instead of once every few months with a guilty conscience.

A good fit if …

  • your competitors are visible and so far you're not.
  • you know you should be posting but never get round to it.
  • you want to build a brand people recognise.

What's included

Strategy & content plan

Which topics, which formats and how often: a plan that fits your business and that you can actually keep up.

Content production

Posts, reels and stories that look like your business rather than a stock archive.

Community management

Comments, messages, reviews: your community gets answers instead of radio silence.

Profile optimisation

Bio, highlights, links: your profile becomes a business card that leads to your website.

Targeted boosting

The best posts get a small ad budget. Reach then grows predictably instead of by luck.

Monthly review

Every month, short and honest: what worked, what we do more of and what we drop.

Bottom line

A presence that keeps running while you work, and a brand that sticks.

Honestly

What you won't get from me.

No agency theatre

No meetings with five people you're paying for. You talk to the person who actually builds your stuff: me.

No buzzword strategies

I won't tell you that you need a "holistic 360-degree strategy". I'd rather tell you what works and what you can save your money on.

No lock-in contracts

If you want to leave, you leave. You should stay because the work pays off, not because a contract is holding you.

No vanishing after launch

Many deliver and disappear. With me you reach the same number and the same person afterwards.

Common questions

What clients want to know before starting.

What does a website cost?

There's no serious one-size-fits-all answer, because a single landing page is a different job from a full presence with a booking system. What I can promise is this: after our first call you get a fixed price, and that's the price that stands.

How long does a website project take?

Most projects go live within three to six weeks. How fast it really goes depends mainly on how quickly content and feedback come from your side. We set the timeline together at the start.

I already have a website. Is a rebuild worth it?

Not always, and when it isn't, I'll say so. Sometimes reworking structure, copy and load times is enough. If a rebuild delivers more, you get the reasons in black and white and decide for yourself.

Do I have to book everything at once, meaning website, ads and social media?

No. The areas reinforce each other, but you only book what moves you forward right now. Many start with the website and add marketing or social media once the foundation is in place.

You work solo. What if you're unavailable?

A fair thing to ask. That's why I build everything so it doesn't depend on me: documented tech with no secret knowledge, and every account registered in your name. If you ever want or need to continue with someone else, any good developer can pick it up.

What happens after launch?

Your call. Either you get a proper handover and maintain everything yourself, or I take care of maintenance and further development. You can switch at any time.

Sounds like your project?

Tell me in two or three sentences what it's about. You'll get an honest assessment within 24 hours, free and with no strings attached.
